156. How to fix pelvic instability and core weakness by strengthening the foot and ankle
Still feeling wobbly, weak, or disconnected from your core — no matter how much work you’re putting in?
It’s not your fault. Most pelvic floor and core programs completely ignore the true foundation of your strength: your feet and ankles.
In this episode, you’ll learn exactly how instability in the foot and ankle is keeping you stuck in patterns of:
- Pelvic pressure or prolapse symptoms
- A weak or “missing” core
- Low back tension that won’t go away
- Trouble balancing or feeling grounded
I’m walking you through the real reason this happens (hello kinetic chain!), how poor foot loading and ankle mobility affect your posture and core engagement — and most importantly, what to do about it.
If you’re serious about healing and want a stable, powerful pelvic floor that actually supports you?
Start at the root.
This is your step-by-step guide to strengthening from the ground up.
