As a GGS Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Specialist, PCES Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, GGS Women’s Fitness Specialist, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Chloe brings a wealth of expertise to her work and to the podcast
Her journey includes:
⏳ 5 years specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor fitness
⏳ 8 years of motherhood
⏳ 16 years as a coach and teacher
⏳ And a lifetime as an athlete, both recreationally and professionally
Chloe has worked with hundreds of women from around the globe, empowering them to unlock confidence as mothers, as women, and in their own bodies. Her mission is to change the fitness standard for women, especially mothers, by eliminating the pressure to “bounce back” and creating a space for them to thrive in the way they truly deserve. With her no-nonsense approach, she cuts through the noise to deliver solutions that truly empower.
